Edging diversity and furniture products

At the W Exhibiton, Elements, in Birmingham, Ostermann will once again showcase their large range of edgings. This will be supplemented with products from the extensive selection of  furniture surfaces, technical profiles and furniture handles. As always, the Ostermann experts will be carrying out live demonstrations at the mobile edgebanding station showing the benefits of zero bondline edges.

From carpenters for carpenters - this is the Ostermann motto for 30 September to 3 October at the W Exhibition, Elements, in Birmingham. The experts from Ostermann are well versed in many different topics concerning furniture construction: from the different zero-joint technologies, the various adhesives and cleaners, to small tips and tricks for everyday work in the workshop. At the Ostermann stand, these experts are happy to pass on their expertise to interested trade fair visitors.

Edging Trends

Concrete surfaces continue their triumphant advance into the furniture world. For the perfect finish on the edge, Ostermann offers numerous ABS edges in concrete look. Likewise, now in fashion are realistic material reproductions in rust, stone or wood optics. With the latter, the trend is increasingly towards Nordic woods, especially pine. On the clearly designed edging walls you can get a good overview of the wide range of the Ostermann edging world.

Exclusive furniture surfaces

Look, feel, smell… More and more surfaces do not only impress with their innovative optics, but also with additional sensory sensations, such as an especially realistic or extraordinary feel. The new Forbo linoleum surfaces answer this trend, as they have a lot to offer when it comes to haptics, as well as a brand new product, Almwiese. Almwiese is actual grass and flowers from high in the Austrian Alps that not only brings a completely natural look and touch but also the smell of Austrian meadows. Furthermore, Ostermann will show high-quality design surfaces from Sibu that will attract attention and inspire its customers to construct creative furniture for living areas, trade fairs and shop fitting.  Last but not least Ostermann will present the new "RollBeton " (concrete on a roll) and "RollRost" (rust on a roll) surfaces, with which carpenters/cabinet makers can design furniture and interiors with a modern concrete or rust look.

Everything for creative interior design

In addition to consumables, such as adhesives and cleaners, Ostermann shows many other products for producing creative furniture. Thus, the large selection of technical profiles and accessories, as well as the numerous product solutions for lighting applications for store and interior design, makes a visit to the Ostermann stand on the W Exhibition, Elements,  absolutely worthwhile.
